Q: Do you shoot wedding videos?
A: Unfortunately, we no longer shoot nor edit wedding videos.

Q: Can I hire my own director or direct my video, myself?
A: Yes, although we recommend hiring someone with some experience...or at the very least, storyboarding the majority of your shots.

Q: Can you do aerial shots?
A: Yes, we would hire a drone operator to get your desired aerial shots but may need to adhere to regional UAV operations laws depending on where you want to record.

Q: What's the largest format you can shoot on?
A: Currently, the largest format we can shoot on is 4K (at 24fps). We shoot on Sony Alpha cameras and output a compressed signal to SD cards.

Q: If I hire you to record my project, can I hire someone else to edit it?
A: Absolutely - just give us the production credits, please!

Q: Will you edit footage that has already been shot by someone else?
A: Yes, as long as there are storyboards and it is 4K or less. That said, it will depend on how well the footage is organized.

Q: What kind of cameras do you use?
A: We typically use the Sony a7iii which, among other settings, will shoot 4K (XAVC S) footage at 24fps and 1080p at 120fps. We can shoot in a standard or log profile.

Q: Do you have lights and other non-camera equipment?
A: Yes, however, we are a small-scale production company. We have a few lights, a gimbal, a small dolly and some sound gear. See the Gear tab for a more detailed list of what equipment we have.

Q: What software do you edit with?
A: We use Adobe CC software which includes Premiere Pro and After Effects for video, Lightroom Classic and Photoshop for photos, and Illustrator for drawings and graphics.

Q: How far from Durham Region are you willing or able to travel for a project?
A: Currently, we are also servicing Peterborough County and the Kawartha Lakes area.
